                                   Last summer, we started a project called Strangers in a Song. It is part- audio installation and part- live performance, and is created specifically for the space in which it is performed. So, with every reincarnation it seems to take on something new. Last September we performed the piece in the industrial art space, Mica Moca. Then in February we participated in the Hebbel am Ufer’s 100º Festival, where we put on a completely different show and won the Publikumspreis.  
Despite a certain metamorphosis in the show, as it takes on new settings and circumstances, there are aspects that remain the same: There are singers. They perform to an unseen audience. This audience is connected to the singer personally by phone, but always remains several rooms away. They are strangers in a song. 

“Hello. I’d like the number four, please.”
